The

Note:
Loans issued before June 5, 2020 have a maturity period of two years. Loans issued after June 5, 2020 have a maturity and tenor of five years.
If
a borrower does not apply for a loan waiver, the payment is deferred 10
months after the end of the period covered for the borrower's loan
waiver (between 8 and 24 weeks).

Any business, non-profit organization, veterans organization, or tribal
business association (with section (sec. 31(b)(2)(c) of the Small
Business Act) can avail this loan

3. Any business with NAICS code that begins with housing and food services must have more than 500 employees.
