Role expectations

Responsible for driving the strategy to generate business from various channels.

Responsible for monitoring acquisitions and cost of revenue.

Establishing procedures to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Designing campaigns for incremental monthly disbursements through various activities.

Monitor the productivity and efficiency of the sales team.

Develop training programs on an ongoing basis to update the sales team on product and program changes.
