Job Location : Jaipur, Ajmer, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Bikaner
CTC: Up to 3 LPA

Brief Description of the Job -

- To understand the business of the customers and provide suitable working capital and business loan solutions.
Secured and unsecured lending such as fund / non-fund based products such as cash credit, demand loan, BG etc.
- Work closely with branch banking teams to acquire new customers.
- Ensuring smooth onboarding of clients and meeting client's requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, RM or clients to complete documentation related to renewal/amendment/enhancement or fresh disbursement.
- Generate leads from open market, existing client referrals, new referrals

brief job requirements

1. Graduate - Fresher/Experienced (Banking/Finance preferred) with 1-2 years of experience in sales
2. Good interpersonal and networking skills
3. Disciplined and effective time manager
4. Eager to learn and grow to the next level
5. Confidence in interacting with customers and internal stakeholders

नौकरी का संक्षिप्त विवरण -

- ग्राहकों के व्यवसाय को समझना और उपयुक्त कार्यशील पूंजी और व्यवसाय ऋण समाधान प्रदान करना।
सुरक्षित और असुरक्षित ऋण जैसे निधि/गैर-निधि आधारित उत्पाद जैसे नकद ऋण, मांग ऋण, बीजी आदि।
- नए ग्राहक प्राप्त करने के लिए शाखा बैंकिंग टीमों के साथ मिलकर काम करें।
- क्लाइंट्स की सुचारू ऑनबोर्डिंग सुनिश्चित करना और क्लाइंट की आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करना।
- नवीकरण/संशोधन/वृद्धि या ताजा संवितरण से संबंधित दस्तावेज को पूरा करने के लिए आंतरिक टीमों, आरएम या ग्राहकों के साथ समन्वय करें।
- खुले बाजार, मौजूदा क्लाइंट रेफ़रल, नए रेफ़रल से लीड उत्पन्न करें

1. स्नातक - बिक्री में 1-2 वर्षों के अनुभव के साथ नवसिखुआ / अनुभवी (बैंकिंग / वित्त को प्राथमिकता)
2. अच्छा पारस्परिक और नेटवर्किंग कौशल
3. अनुशासित और प्रभावी समय प्रबंधक
4. सीखने और अगले स्तर तक बढ़ने के लिए उत्सुक
5. ग्राहकों और आंतरिक हितधारकों के साथ बातचीत करने में विश्वास
