🔁 Cancellation Policy

  • After successful payment, customers may request cancellation within 24 hours only if the service processing has not yet started.

  • If the service work has already started or the application has been submitted on any government portal, cancellation will not be allowed.


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be provided only in cases where the service could not be completed due to technical issues or failure from our side.

  • Once an application has been successfully submitted on a government portal, no refund will be issued.

  • Refunds are not applicable if the application is rejected due to incorrect documents, incorrect information, or any mistake made by the customer.


⏱️ Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method (UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking).

  • Government fees, portal charges, service charges, and any third-party fees are non-refundable.
