🔁 Cancellation Policy
After successful payment, customers may request cancellation within 24 hours only if the service processing has not yet started.
If the service work has already started or the application has been submitted on any government portal, cancellation will not be allowed.
💰 Refund Policy
Refunds will be provided only in cases where the service could not be completed due to technical issues or failure from our side.
Once an application has been successfully submitted on a government portal, no refund will be issued.
Refunds are not applicable if the application is rejected due to incorrect documents, incorrect information, or any mistake made by the customer.
⏱️ Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method (UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking).
📌 Important Notes
Government fees, portal charges, service charges, and any third-party fees are non-refundable.
